+Projects are added to the Application-Only list by setting the workflow state of the project to Applications Open.
+Application-only projects need a project manager, who will be responsible for extending offers to participate on the team.
+====Changing the information about the application-only application process =====
+The information about the application process (dates, etc.) is stored in the "Dashboard: Apply for Extra-effort Projects" views block.
+Change the information by going to Structure/Views and clicking the Edit button for the above view.
+The text is stored in the Header Global Text element, and uses HTML Formatting.
+After making the changes, be sure to click Save to save the changes to the view.
