+The information about the application process (dates, etc.) is stored in the "Dashboard: Apply for Extra-effort Projects" views block.
+Change the information by going to Structure/Views and clicking the Edit button for the above view.
+The text is stored in the Header Global Text element, and uses HTML Formatting.
