You are an essential part of the Capstone process, and as such you help Capstone to carry out [[https://aims.byu.byu|BYU's mission]]. Coach responsibilities fall in two categories: mentoring students and facilitating sponsor relationships with students. While projects and sponsor relationships are important, your top priority is the welfare and development of the students in your stewardship.\\

Your mentoring has many different dimensions—about people and about the project. We have broken this up into four sections that you can examine, which describe major elements of your mentoring:\\
