New Year Checklist
This is a list of things that needs to be done at the beginning of each school year.
Add a new School Year
If the current/upcoming school year is not shown in the School Year dropdown, you will need to add it, as follows:

Click on the “List Terms” button for the School Year taxonomy
Click on the “+ Add Term” button
Click on the “Save” button
Creating Team Box Folders
To create the Team Box Folders, assign students to the teams. Then, do the following:
Click on the Bulk Editor gray tab at the top of the page (if it doesn't show up, click on Manage to make it appear.)
Click on the Edit Teams link.
On the Edit teams page, select the teams for which you want to create the team folders
Click on the appropriate green button to create the appropriate folder (either Class Documents folder or Team Folder)
If the process doesn't complete successfully, you should get back to the team edit page that shows you which folders have been created and which have not. You can then reselect teams that have not been properly updated.
At the beginning of the year, you will probably create team folders before grading coaches are assigned. Once grading coaches are assigned, you will need to update the team folders.

Set Up the Learning Suite Feed
Set up the Individual Contribution Evaluation assignments in the Website
NOTE: This must be done only AFTER students are assigned to teams. It's probably best to wait until about the second week of the Fall semester.
Once students have been assigned to teams, you should create the Individual Contribution Evaluation assignments in the website. The process is as follows:

Enter the title of the assignment (you can check out last year's titles for examples). Note that last year's titles will show up in the drop down once you click in the title field.
Enter the school year (the school year will show up in the drop down once you start typing).
Enter the due date for the evaluation (from the At-a-glance schedule)
Click on the Save button
