You are an essential part of the Capstone process, and as such you help Capstone to carry out BYU's mission [https: aims.byu.edu/]. Coach responsibilities fall in two categories: mentoring students and facilitating sponsor relationships with students. While projects and sponsor relationships are important, your top priority is the welfare and development of the students in your stewardship. ===Mentoring Students=== Your mentoring has many different dimensions—about people and about the project.
