Projects are added to the Application-Only list by setting the workflow state of the project to Applications Open.

Application-only projects need a project manager, who will be responsible for extending offers to participate on the team.

The information about the application process (dates, etc.) is stored in the “Dashboard: Apply for Extra-effort Projects” views block.

Change the information by going to Structure/Views and clicking the Edit button for the above view.

The text is stored in the Header Global Text element, and uses HTML Formatting.

After making the changes, be sure to click Save to save the changes to the view.
